Job Description Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a CVOR Technologist for a job in Stephenson, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist: The CST is an allied health professional who works under the supervision of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. They possess expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique and combine the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools and technologies to facilitate a physician’s performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Schedule: - Shift: 06:30-17:00 Experience/Education: - Graduate of an acreddited surgical technology course required - 2 years of clinical experience as a CVOR CST preferred Licenses/Certifications: - NBSTSA Certification required - BLS through AHA - Virginia State license 910640 About Medical Solutions Direct Hire At Medical Solutions, we’re people who care, helping people who care.
