- Physician Opportunity Overview: We are looking for a Child and
Adolescent Psychiatrist to deliver outpatient clinical services,
engage in teaching, and participate in research at our
organization’s Center for Developmental Behavioral Health. This
role focuses on providing care to children and adolescents facing
neurodevelopmental and psychiatric challenges, utilizing a
collaborative, evidence-based, and family-oriented methodology. The
position also offers chances for program development, an academic
role at a prestigious university, and mentorship within a
well-respected institution. Faculty Child and Adolescent
Psychiatrist – Outpatient Services Center for Developmental
Behavioral Health Location: Baltimore, MD Hiring Incentive: $10,000
Our Center for Developmental Behavioral Health is on the lookout
for dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists who are both
clinically and academically inclined to join our outpatient
programs during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
These roles provide opportunities in clinical practice, teaching,
and research, which can be customized to align with the interests
and expertise of candidates at various stages of their careers. Our
outpatient services cater to children and adolescents, both with
and without neurodevelopmental challenges, through a
multidisciplinary approach that merges medical and therapeutic
interventions, ensuring the highest standards of evidence-based
care. We prioritize trauma-informed and family-centered practices.
Position Highlights Provide outpatient care for children and
adolescents with diverse neurodevelopmental needs. Work
collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Engage in program
development and clinical innovation. Receive competitive

salary range: $198,324 to $332,609. Includes medical, dental,

Assistant, Associate, or full Professor, based on their

psychiatrists. Qualifications Board eligible or certified in Child
and Adolescent Psychiatry. Possess or be eligible for a medical
license in the State of Maryland. Demonstrated history of relevant
clinical and/or academic training and experience. A strong

neurodevelopmental disabilities and a focus on patient-centered
care. Clinical Areas of Expertise Our clinical team comprises child
and adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric social
workers skilled in addressing developmental disabilities and
psychiatric disorders throughout the lifespan. We operate four
service lines within our program that share resources and
infrastructure, including Developmental Psychiatry,
Neuropsychiatry, Integrated Health and Behavior, and OCD and
