to outpatient Description: Unit only submit to 1 position at a time
across the entire WVU systemDrivers license address must be outside
50 miles from the facilityPrevious perm candidates must be gone for
2 yearsPrevious travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2

No self-scheduling for travelers. They will allow block scheduling
if it meets the needs of the unit. (the shift will be indicated in

spine, total joints, open fractures), no vascular at this time but

house-keeping - techs are responsibility for turning over rooms)
Cancellation may cancel 2 shifts per 13-week assignment and 1 shift
for assignments less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to ,
willing to wait Trauma Level: Care Shift ; F/S/SU; no call
obligation; holiday call rotation as needed; float to outpatient
surgery center as needed Required (AHA) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
