Job Description Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Ultrasound Technologist for a job in Stephenson, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Staff Overview: The Ultrasound Tech performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures and provides high quality care for patients of all ages from neonatal to geriatric. Works in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment with reliance on your expertise, professionalism and collaboration. Produces diagnostic ultrasound images in accordance with department scanning protocols under the general supervision of a Radiologist. Interacts with patients, physicians and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule: - Shift options: 12hr days or 12hr nights Experience/Education: - Completion of an accredited Sonography program - 2 years of clinical diagnostic ultrasound experience preferred Licenses/Certifications: - ARDMS in at least 1 specialty is required - BLS through the AHA 910644 About Medical Solutions Direct Hire At Medical Solutions, we’re people who care, helping people who care.
