ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule • No call obligation required • Holiday call rotation as needed • Float to outpatient surgery center as needed • 2-3 years of OR specialty experience required • 2-3 previous travel assignments required • Orthopedic and neurology experience preferred • Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS • 1:1 nurse to patient ratio in OR • Work with EPIC electronic medical record system • 3-shift floor-specific orientation provided • Scrubs provided for RN staff • Handle all surgical cases except open heart procedures • Common cases include neuro spine, total joints, open fractures, general surgery, and ENT • Scrubbing capability is a plus but not required • BSN degree not required • Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from facility Facility: This medical center features a comprehensive surgical department with 14 operating suites handling an average of 28 cases per day plus 5 add-on procedures. The facility operates with modern technology including EPIC EMR system and maintains 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services with Omnicell technology. The surgical program covers a wide range of specialties and maintains high standards with experienced charge nurses available during day shifts to support operations and patient care.
