Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Martinsburg, WV Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking multiple full-time Internal Medicine physicians to join a growing academic Internal Medicine section in Eastern West Virginia. These outpatient-only faculty positions offer an excellent opportunity to combine high-quality patient care with teaching and academic involvement in a developing Internal Medicine residency program. The successful candidate will practice outpatient Internal Medicine while actively participating in the education of internal medicine residents, medical students, and fellows. Teach and mentor Internal Medicine residents, medical students, and fellows in the outpatient setting. Participate in the development, growth, and success of the Internal Medicine residency program. Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and academic service as appropriate. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license.
