TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Ranson, West Virginia, 25438! Pay Information $2,320 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: SCU/Tele - ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hours Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Positive attitude and willingness to work Description: Full-time night shift position from 7 PM to 7 AM. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. The unit consists of a total of 10 beds, including ICU and Telemetry. Patient ratios are 1:3-5 depending on acuity. Charge nurse role is currently not established, but will be resumed once staffing is re-evaluated. Nurse aides are present with a ratio of 1:10, and night techs are available. Four weekend shifts are required in a four-week schedule. Holidays will be incorporated into the permanent staff holiday rotation. Scrubs must be navy blue and neat and clean. Natural hair colors are required with excessive or distasteful tattoos covered. Patients may include those on vents, surgical patients, and various medical diagnoses. The unit has provided care for patients with COVID. The charting system used is Epic. Travelers must be willing to float to MedSurg with a full assignment, although it is rare. A shift on the unit with a preceptor is required for orientation.
