nursing job in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours,
nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location West Virginia Assignment Duration This is a 13-week
contract position. Schedule Night shift, 7 PM to 7:30 AM; every
other weekend required, with holiday obligations. Job Description
The Telemetry unit seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality
nursing care to patients. This position involves monitoring
patients with cardiac issues and maintaining a safe and therapeutic
environment. Nurses will be expected to work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using
Phillips Cardiac Monitors. - Administer medications and IV drips
per protocol, including Cardizem and Amiodarone. - Document patient
care and monitor conditions using the Epic charting system. -
Collaborate with a charge nurse and nursing aides to deliver
effective patient care. - Respond to emergency situations in
accordance with established protocols. - Participate in patient
education and discharge planning. Required Experience /
Certifications / Licensure - Current BLS and ACLS certifications as
per AHA standards. - Experience in telemetry or critical care
preferred, but first-time travelers are accepted. - Must possess a
valid nursing license without any background hits disclosed at the
