Position Details: - Hospital employed position - 24-hour in house call coverage Supports 15-bed general pediatric unit and newborn nursery (final renovation will have 19-general pediatric beds and 11-PICU beds) 42-bed level lll NICU staffed 24/7 by neonatologists - Newly renovated Childrens floor with an 11-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - Pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery, pediatric gastroenterology, pediatric neurology, pediatric endocrinology and soon to be pediatric pulmonology Qualifications: - Licensure by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. - Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics - Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care - Ability to work as part of a team approach while providing personalized care and favorable clinical outcomes Compensation: - Competitive salary with opportunity for sign on and retention bonuses - Medical malpractice insurance provided - Professional dues - Relocation allowance - Retirement contributions - Tuition assistance for employees and dependents Community: - South central Pennsylvania features both rural and suburban living and boasts an abundance of arts, entertainment and historically significant areas close by like Gettysburg. - The region also offers top-rated public schools, blue-ribbon private schools, and some of Pennsylvanias top colleges and universities.
