Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions. Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years. Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed. If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility. Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits. Guaranteed Hours: 36 Rotating weekends and holidays Call is not required. Floating to tele unit if needed but not necessary. General job duties. Types of procedures required: CBI, wound management, assessments, catheter care, orthopedics.
