Historical data suggests our providers average $270k/W-2. Large daily minimum. Sign on bonus. Full Benefits package. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a positive and professional environment within the dental office. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures. Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Implement aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and infection control. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice in the state. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary.
