Job Description:
This nursing role requires independent practice in a clinical
setting, providing both routine and complex patient care while
developing long-term plans.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering
medications, documenting care, and educating patients and
families.
Ensures safety, adheres to standards, and manages unit operations
effectively.
Utilizes critical thinking, evidence-based practices, and effective
communication to deliver quality care.
Maintains compliance with healthcare regulations, manages medical
equipment, processes orders, and interprets patient charts.
Qualified candidates should have a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year
of relevant experience, and BLS certification, with an RN license
in the state of employment or compact license.
Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
