We are seeking a full-time night shift ICU RN for our Surgical Trauma ICU. Inova Loudoun Hospital is a growing 183-bed nationally recognized acute-care community hospital with a rich history of proudly serving our growing and diverse community since 1912. We provide compassionate and comprehensive care for the entire family.Our Surgical Trauma ICU unit is an 11-bed unit on the first floor with close proximity to both the OR and the ER. We care for critically ill surgical and trauma patients, including neurosurgery, vascular surgery, general surgery patients, along with post-procedural patients. We also care for Intermediate Care level surgical and trauma patients as well.*Patient to Nurse Ratio: *2:1 (ICU patients) and 3:1 (IMC patients) in the STICU.We are offering a Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 as well as a Relocation Bonus for eligible nurses!Schedule: Full Time Nights (3 x 12-hour shifts)*Requirements** *Experience*: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.* *Certifications*: BLS for healthcare provider certification from AHA required. ACLS (must obtain within 6 months of hire).* *Licensure*: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.* *Education: *BSN from an accredited school of nursing.If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN)- must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.About UsWe are Inova, Northern Virginias leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
