Medical Assistant - Oncology
Leesburg VA

MUST:
2 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
MA diploma is preferred but MA experience is required
Ability to draw blood
Obtain vitals
Strong documentation skills
Comfortable assisting on various procedures
Ability to assist nurses and staff as needed
Comfortable working with oncology patients
Updating information in EMR
Positive attitude

DUTIES:
The duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Room patients
Obtain vitals and histories
Draw blood
Assist with exams and procedures
Enter and update EMR
Draw blood and administer injections
Assist with exams and procedures
Triage patients prior to infusions
