DescriptionProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.Responsible to provide spiritual support to clients, families, and the hospice staff via phone contact, home visits and referrals to the client/family, local clergy. Be a part of the team leading the nation in healthcare.Location4660 - ProMedica Hospice - FairfaxEducational RequirementsBachelor's from an accredited school of theology or equivalent, or Master's in Counseling or Master's in Social Work with 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required; Master's in theological studies or equivalent and completion of 2 units of CPE preferred. If affiliated or endorsed by a denomination or faith group must be in good standing, as evidenced by a certificate.Position RequirementsExperience in client/family counseling. Demonstrated experience in working with clients and families coping with terminal illness and death. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
