We are currently seeking a Senior Learning and Development Delivery Manager, East to join our Corporate team to be in either Mahwah, NJ or Leesburg, VA; with Mahwah, NJ being the preferred location.Who we want* Business-oriented evaluators. Keeping the customer and requirements squarely in focus, people who deliver safe and robust solutions.What you will doAs the Senior Learning and Development Delivery Manager, East you will lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development solutions from the Stryker core curriculum. You will be a member of the Regional Learning Delivery Leadership Team and will work closely with the Country and/or assigned geography Business and HR colleagues to deliver learning and development solutions to the right learner at the right time.* Lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development solutions from the Stryker core curriculum to the country and/or assigned geography.* Conduct needs analysis with local leaders to determine the right learning solutions.* Manage course communication, enrollment, and facilitator assignments.* Conduct/facilitate core learning and development programs in the country and/or assigned region as needed i.e. LEAD 100, 200, Talent Acquisition, Orientation.* Manage faculty through Train-the-Trainers to deliver core curriculum.* Make appropriate adjustments to curriculum as needed to meet cultural needs of region / function / BU to ensure relevancy.* Partner with Talent Management Learning Design and Development team to improve Stryker's developmental offering / roadmap, online platform and content based on stakeholder feedback.* Consult with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders within region on delivery of development programs.* Partner with HR leaders within region to assess development needs, source solutions, collect feedback and evolve program offerings.* Provide meaningful metrics and data to demonstrate the value of programs and support ongoing enhancements.* Support additional Enterprise Talent Management efforts as needed based on local capacity (Succession Planning, Q12, 360, Strengths Coaching, New Leader Assimilation/Onboarding, Local Rotational Development Programs).* Partner with Quality in support of Quality management system training activity and record keeping for audit purposes including SLMS.* Partner with local functional learning and development (Sales, Finance, RAQA) to ensure utilization and alignment of programming and minimize redundancy/duplication of efforts.What you need* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) from an accredited university required; with a focus in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.* A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the areas of human resources, organization development, training and development, and/or talent management in a team-based environment, or related business experience required.* A minimum of 5 years of program facilitation and learning and development program design and development required.* A minimum 5 years of direct experience in talent management, performance development or related functional specialty required.* Experience with leadership development tools, programs, and processes.* Global leadership and/or US multinational experience preferred.* Proven experience managing and leading remote teams with a strong focus on developing trusted relationships with the business.* Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across business units and functions to align on solutions.* Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building strong and influential relationships at all levels within an organization; problem solving and proactive service orientation.* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to package information in clear, concise executive level ready format.* Proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change and meet deliverables in a complex environment.* Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.Work From Home: NoTravel Percentage: Up to 50%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
