• And more!Job DetailsResponsibilities:As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.2. Allocating resources for assigned projects and ensuring efficient use.3. Supervising onsite construction activities and ensuring compliance with federal construction regulations.4. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.5. Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.6. Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times, in accordance with OSHA 30 and CQM standards.7. Managing and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.8. Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.9. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.10. Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on federal construction and IDIQ.2. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. An EIT or PMP certification is highly desirable.3. Proven experience in managing construction projects from conception to completion.4. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.5. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.6. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including OSHA 30 and CQM.7. Strong leadership and management skills.8. Excellent problem-solving abilities.9. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.10.
