BrandShelter USA, you willensure the proactive and effective
account management of named existing clients.Additionally you will
be responsiblefor theeffective onboarding as well as management of
new clients.This role will ideally be based on the East Coast of
the US.We are working remotely at the moment but will be taking a
hybrid approach post-pandemic.Key outcomes of the role will
include:Manage and develop named US BrandShelter and/or global
accountsas requiredExceed agreed retention and revenue as well
asgross profit targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisTend
to the day to day operational needs of assigned clientsProduce and
deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports for the Head of
BrandShelter USA, including accurate and timely CRM updatesAbout

growDemonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and in
writingHave exceptional organisational skills and attention to

screen conversation over video via Google Meet with a member of our
People team to make sure your expectations of the role are aligned
with the business needs. There will then be the first round which
will be a competency-based interview with the Hiring Manager,
followed by a (task if applicable for the role) and a member of the
teamWe aim to keep you informed throughout the process so we will
be communicative and transparent throughout (which also happens to
