construction company into an award winning multi regional
commercial General Contractor.They are looking for a driven,
entrepreneurial Project Manager with a background in managing new
construction retail projects in the $5-$20 million
range.Description* Leading major, new retail commercial
construction projects* Oversee all activities of project from
inception to completion* Meeting with owners & architects*
Budgeting & Scheduling* Sub-contractor negotiation &
selectionProfile* A proven background in leading Retail
Construction projects; ideally both ground-up & interior fitouts*
Big-box retail/warehouse construction projects experience is
ideal!* An entrepreneurial mindset* Strong leadership, great
