Job Description Job Description Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary by job) Overtime: A few hours per week available but not mandatory Weekends: Occasional Saturday work (not common) Location: Candidates meet at the warehouse 9 out of 10 days and ride to job sites with the lead About the Role We are seeking a motivated Electrical Helper to support our field electricians on a variety of commercial, industrial, and specialty electrical projects. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with electrical installs, wiring, and low-voltage systems—and is eager to continue growing their skills. You will assist with installations ranging from HVAC systems and generators to EV charging stations, battery banks, and fiber infrastructure. Responsibilities Electrical & Low Voltage Work Assist with installation of HVAC systems , generators , EV chargers , and battery bank systems (telecom). Pull and install various types of wiring including: Romex , 16 AWG , 18?4 , 18?6 , and elevator control wiring. Work with EMT and rigid conduit , including: Conduit bending (45&degree;, 90&degree;, and 180&degree;) Operating a pipe bender Install and manage: J-hooks , flex conduit spools, DC junction boxes, AC power routing Assist with 500 MCM cable pulls. Perform basic blueprint reading and follow installation drawings. Fiber & Communication Systems Pull and support installation of fiber , coax , and copper cabling for commercial environments (including hospital infrastructure). Assist in testing and troubleshooting fiber and low?voltage runs. Required Skills & Experience At least 1 year of experience working with electrical or low-voltage systems. Understanding of AC/DC power and balancing loads. Comfortable working with 120V and 240V (low voltage and standard power). Experience pulling cable, bending conduit, and assisting with general electrical installations. Ability to work safely at heights, on ladders, and in various environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
