What You Will Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL - Program and optimize CNC machines – Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations. - Lead Through Knowledge – Train, mentor, and support machinists to raise production standards. - Solve Complex Problems – Review blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for optimal efficiency. - Innovate for Efficiency – Design process layouts that enhance workflow, cut waste, and boost machining capabilities. What We’re Looking For ?? Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent experience. ?? 2 years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred) ?? Mastery of G and M codes, CAD/CAM software (Mastercam and SolidWorks a plus) ?? Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (GD&T) ??
