$110k-$130k/year (depending on experience) Location: York County,

Details Responsibilities: Design, program, and implement PLC-based
control systems to improve automation and efficiency. Develop and
maintain HMI interfaces for process monitoring and control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation
solutions into production systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and
resolve control system issues to minimize downtime. Conduct regular
maintenance and upgrades on existing automation systems. Ensure
compliance with industry safety standards and best practices.
Assist in commissioning new equipment and optimizing existing
processes. Provide technical support and training for maintenance
and operations teams. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in
industrial automation, controls engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
and HMI development. Familiarity with industrial communication
protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.). Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment. Ability
to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
Understanding of electrical systems, including wiring
(120/240/480V). Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
for industrial automation. Preferred: Degree in Electrical
Engineering or related field, Professional Engineer (PE) license,
