Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote inclusive educational experiences. Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction to maximize learning outcomes. Managing behavioral interventions and supporting social skill development. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational regulations. Qualifications and desired experience: Certification in Special Education.
