Previous coaching experience or a swimming background is preferred but not necessary - - we provide PAID training for all necessary certifications and will teach you everything you need to know in order to thrive and be a successful member of our SwimKids team! -The SwimKids Swim Lessons Coach is absolutely one of the most important positions in the company, as a SwimKids swim lessons coach you are the lifeblood of SwimKids Swim School. - You have the biggest impact on our most important customer - OUR SWIMMERS! - A SwimKids swim lessons coach ensures that her swimmers get the BEST LESSONS EXPERIENCE. - - -Qualifications & Requirements:

A Safety First mentality, coaches will always maintain line of sight on their swimmers. Always Scanning, Always teaching, Always safe! - Ensure swimmer safety is the top priority.Loves teaching and working with childrenA problem solver with a strong drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done.Willing and eager to be coached by teammates and managers and show a passion for continual growth and learning.Positive attitude with high energyA reliable team member and dependable coach for your swimmers - they look forward to seeing you every week 90% or better attendance on assigned shiftComplete 40 hours of paid trainingEmbrace and commit to the SwimKids Mission: "We build loving relationships that save lives!" -Commit to teaching your swimmers important life skills such as self-esteem and self-confidenceSwim background preferred but not requiredExperience working with children is preferred but not requiredMust be at least 16 years of ageAble to be in the water for at least 5 hours consecutivelyAbility to lift a child (25 to 55 lbs.)Ability to stand on hard flooring continuously for at least 8 hours -Responsibilities - - Embrace and commit to the SwimKids Mission!
Maintain line of sight with each swimmer throughout their swim lesson!Connect with every swimmer repeatedly on their level on a daily basis.Delivers IMPACT lessons to each and every one of your swimmers.Progressively teaching your swimmers the SwimKids Swim School ProgressionsEffectively managers classes of 3-5 swimmers -Benefits:
