Job Description:
Description Flow BMW of Charlottesville is seeking a full time
service assistant, Monday through Friday, first shift. This
position will also include shuttle driving when needed. Proficient
computer and customer service skills are required. Must have a
clean driving record. Automotive/dealership experience preferred,
but not required. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this
listing. The service assistant responsibilities are, but not
limited to: Greet customers in person and over the phone with a
professional, positive attitude Support the service manager and
service advisors with daily tasks and workflow Safely transport
customers using the shuttle service when needed Perform data entry,
including updating customer and vehicle information Scan, file, and
maintain repair orders and service documents in an organized manner
Some administrative and front desk/receptionist duties Maintain a
clean, welcoming front desk and customer waiting area Requirements:
Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a
plus) Ability to safely drive customers to and from their
destinations via our shuttle van Valid driver's license and clean
driving record Top notch customer service skills Professional
appearance and demeanor Dependable and punctual, including reliable
transportation Ability to multitask and stay organized in a
