Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative , you will play a
key role in providing excellent service to our clients. Your
responsibilities will include: Managing policy changes, billing
inquiries, and coverage questions efficiently. Providing prompt,
professional, and courteous responses to client inquiries.
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborating with insurance carriers to resolve issues and find
the best solutions. Staying informed about industry trends and
insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information.
Contributing to a positive team environment and helping achieve
company goals. Requirements: A Pennsylvania Property and Casualty
insurance license is preferred. If unlicensed, we offer full
support to help you obtain one. Minimum of 2 years of experience in
personal lines insurance customer service or a similar customer
service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Excellent
attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining
accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency
management systems. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
