Federal is seeking a Junior Travel Claims Analyst to support one of
our government customers. Roles and Responsibilities include, but
are not limited to : Receiving, reviewing, and authorizing travel
requests Reviewing and processing travel vouchers Ensuring
travelers' compliance with the Federal Travel Regulation and the
agency's travel policy in all transactions Supporting travelers who
are making and booking their own travel arrangements Providing
customer support by phone, email and through an automated help desk
system Tracking workload volume and supporting performance metrics
reporting Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree OR HS diploma
plus two years of relevant work experience (e.g., federal claims
process, federal travel, or finance compliance) Excellent customer
service and attention to detail Strong written and verbal
communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
and priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently
meeting deadlines Desired Skills: Experience coordinating travel
from pre-travel authorization through voucher approval Familiarity
