Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: · Provide technical assistance to county
jails regarding Vivitrol program development and implementation. ·
Offer in-house training sessions and coordinate site visits for
county staff to observe Vivitrol programs at state correctional
institutions. · Respond to questions about starting or expanding
Vivitrol programs or overcoming operational challenges. ·
Communicate with jail administrators and medical staff to assess
program needs and provide tailored support. · Notify counties when
Act 80 grant applications open and guide them through the process
as needed. · Maintain accurate records of technical assistance
provided and program outreach efforts. · Regularly contact county
jails to discuss their current Vivitrol program status and identify
additional needs or support opportunities. · Occasionally travel to
county jails and state correctional institutions in Pennsylvania. ·
Enter correctional facilities as needed and demonstrate
professionalism and appropriate conduct within secure
environments.
