Answers the phone with a smile each and every time Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience Serves as back up for the leadership team, you always make sure things are running smoothly Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guests favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, robe size, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.
