Job Description:

Seeking an administrative assistant and customer service focused individual to work for an engineering firm . In addition to administrative support, this individual will be the sales backup to do order handling. Additional tasks include writing purchase orders to order acknowledgments, packing lists and invoices, freight inquiring /handling and customer contact. If an individual has experience with international shipping or dealing with shipping documents it---s a plus but not necessary (will train). Most important to have a good attitude, excellent attention to detail and strong customer service. Requirements: 1-2+ years of office experience (preferably in an admin capacity) Able to pass a criminal background check Skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Job Requirements:
