(Spanish/English) Member Experience Associate, a dynamic,

through everyday transactions to helping them navigate digital

career in banking and member support. Responsibilities : Assist
members with everyday teller transactions including deposits,
withdrawals, payments, cashier’s checks, debit card replacements,
and account updates. Process mobile deposits, ATM settlement tasks,
check copies, statement requests, and digital documentation
uploads. Ensure proper handling and shipment of international debit
cards. Greet members, manage lobby flow, and maintain a welcoming
and customer-focused branch environment. Identify member financial
needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and digital
tools. Educate members on self-service channels, including mobile
apps, ATMs, and online banking. Assist members with new account
openings for savings, checking, and certificate products while
adhering to compliance standards. Conduct relationship-focused
account reviews to identify opportunities that enhance members’
financial well-being. Process domestic and international wire
transfers accurately and efficiently. Take ownership of member
concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, policies, and
procedures. Serve as a subject-matter resource within the branch
and provide support wherever coverage is needed. Uphold
professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with internal and
regulatory guidelines. Qualifications/Background Profile : High
School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred. Prior teller,
cash-handling, customer service, or financial services experience
preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management, and
communication skills. Ability to learn products, systems, and
procedures quickly and accurately. Comfortable navigating digital
tools and Microsoft Office applications. Professional demeanor,
reliability, and strong interpersonal skills. This job is
In-Person. Pay Range: Hourly $19.00 to $24.00 We offer several
