Summary: /n/n Under the supervision of the RN provides
age-appropriate care. Unified by the core purpose of creating a

Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2
years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. /n/t -
Minimum of 1 year of ED experience highly preferred /n/t - Basic
computer skills (Occasionally) /n/t - Communication Devices
(Frequently) /n/t - Interpersonal/communication/organizational
skills (Frequently) /n/t - American Heart Association CPR
Certification /n/t - CNA certificate from the MD Board of Nursing;
or Certified MD EMT; or Paramedic; or National Registry
EMT/Paramedic/Medical Corpsman /n /n/n Unit Details: /n/n The new
Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features 17,000 square
feet of state-of-the-art design with technology and amenities for
emergency care. Patients and visitors will immediately see a
larger, brighter space with a comfortable waiting room. Twenty-nine
spacious, well-lit private treatment rooms are appointed throughout
the space, with the providers’ station positioned front and center.
Here, physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists and other
clinicians will collaborate to provide a personalized plan of care
for each patient. Negative pressure rooms are located in the
department, for isolation of infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
The new Emergency Department also includes a behavioral health
treatment pod for patients in psychiatric or behavioral health
crisis. The latest edition CT Scanner—to help with early diagnosis
of conditions such as strokes and impending heart attacks—is
