Assistant Controller Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/etc. Experience in construction accounting or related roles, preferably with exposure to field operations. Comfortable working in a blue-collar, hands-on environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Reliable communicator who can bridge finance and field operations. Assistant Controller Responsibilities: Track and manage project costs and budgets on-site and in the office. Support daily job costing and expense tracking alongside field teams. Assist with financial reporting and month-end close processes. Collaborate directly with project managers, foremen, and accounting staff. Be hands-on when needed to help solve issues and keep projects moving forward. LI-BK1 INJUN2025
