Our client, a well-established Real Estate company, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join its team. Accounting Assistant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in ACCOUNTING required. Prior office experience; accounting internships or exposure to cash receipts, credit card reconciliations, or expense reports preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to ask thoughtful questions. Solid grasp of debits, credits, and general accounting principles. Attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: Process and record cash receipts for multiple accounts. Assist with credit card statement reconciliation and ensure proper documentation. Support revenue accounting tasks, including preparing reports and financial documentation. Perform light accounts payable tasks, such as reviewing coding and indexing.
